Write Down A List Of 100 People You Know

Business, Network Marketing.

The death of offline mlm - the internet has changed the mlm industry. With the popularity of the internet, there are more and more online MLM companies.

No longer is MLM limited to the offline world. - in fact, these mlm opportunities are only available online. In a traditional offline MLM company, what is the first thing you are told to do? For this article, we will look at why we need to change the way offline MLM is being conducted through several questions and answers. 1) What is wrong with selling to friends, family and relatives? Well, take out a piece of paper. It is said that an average person will know at least 100 people. Write down a list of 100 people you know.

So the 100 people will include your friends, relatives, family, acquaintance, grocery shop owners, family doctor etc. - the main problem is that the people you are approaching are untargeted leads. Well, what wrong with doing that? Either they are not interested in MLM opportunities or they are downright skeptical about it. Don' t you think it is easier to convert people who are already interested in MLM opportunities? In fact, some of them may even give you negative comments that may cause you to lose your motivations. Sure, you might be able to get 1 or 2 people to join you but don' t you think that is too much work?

As mentioned above, you probably know at least a hundred people but most likely, you will only be able to recruit one or two of them. - remember, time is money! 2) what is wrong with recruiting friends, family and relatives? What is the problem here? In fact, you will want to grow you organization to hundreds of people as soon as possible so that it becomes profitable. Well, if you want to be successful in any MLM, you will definitely need more than one to two downlines. Furthermore, after recruiting your downlines, you will also need to keep them motivated so that they won' t drop out.

So how do you improve the retention rate? - anyone that has been in the mlm industry for a number of years will know that retention is one of biggest problem in any mlm company. The first step you can take is to recruit high quality people. It is generally easier to retain these people. In other words, people who are self motivated. However, it is less likely to get these kind of people if you are only targeted your own circle of people. 3) What is wrong with focus? In fact, regardless of what you are doing, you have to stay focused in order to succeed.

There is nothing wrong with being focused. - when you first get started in an offline mlm, most of the time, you are told to focus. However, in today' s world, this can be a very dangerous advice. In other words, stay in only one company. Imagine you are now earning$ 10, 000 of residual income from XYZ company. Overnight, you lose$ 10, 000 worth of residual income. One day, XYZ Company declares bankrupt.

Isn' t it better if you can be involved in several companies so that you can have multiple stream of residual income? - however, this is very achievable in the online world because 90% of the task can be automated. In the offline world, it is impossible for you to be involved in several companies at the same time and still be successful.
